Iyuzeld Filf-kjáv was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1433, by Shèdsh vyim Roxlendtems. The establishment of Iyuzeld Filf-kjáv was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Shèdsh vyim Roxlendtems struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Iyuzeld Filf-kjáv as a prison colony.
Iyuzeld Filf-kjáv was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Iyuzeld Filf-kjáv is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Iyuzeld Filf-kjáv is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of broad paverstone streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Iyuzeld Filf-kjáv's size could have. Unfortuantly, these well-designed, yet cheep are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Right off the bat Iyuzeld Filf-kjáv hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. It’s easy to see where their wealth comes from the more you look arround. Every aspect of the town has been developed with care and great thought. The people themselves act deliberately and with care in even the simplest of daily actions.

The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.
Iyuzeld Filf-kjáv's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
In Iyuzeld Filf-kjáv rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.
